Everywhere! Inspiration has a funny way of showing up when I least expect it. It might strike while I'm at the gym, wandering through a store, relaxing at home, or—my personal favourite—just as I'm trying to fall asleep!

Many of my designs are inspired by memories of people, places, and special moments in my life. Other times, I'll come across a beautiful bead or pendant, and suddenly it reminds me of someone or something I love. That's usually where a new piece—and its story—begins.

You never know when inspiration will arrive, but I'm always grateful when it does.

The "925" in Love Letters 925 refers to the hallmark stamp you'll find on sterling silver jewellery. It means the piece is made from 92.5% pure silver. Pure silver on its own is too soft for everyday jewellery, so it's combined with other metals—most commonly copper—to make it stronger and more durable.

When I started my business, I imagined creating exclusively sterling silver jewellery, so Love Letters 925 felt like the perfect name. As it turns out, my customers had other wonderful ideas! Some were looking for gold toned pieces, others preferred brass or different materials, and I loved being able to create jewellery that suited a wider range of styles and budgets.

While my collection has grown beyond sterling silver, the heart of Love Letters 925 hasn't changed. Every piece is still handcrafted with care, inspired by a special person, place, or memory—and every one is its own little love letter.

No. While many pieces in my collection are made with sterling silver, you'll also find designs crafted from sterling silver-plated metals, brass, copper, and other high-quality alloys.

No matter the material, I carefully choose components that are safe to wear. All of my jewellery is nickel-free and lead-free, so you can shop with confidence.

Using a variety of materials also allows me to create beautiful, meaningful jewellery at a range of price points, so there's something special for everyone.

I occasionally offer a small discount to close family members or to fellow vendors when we're sharing a market together. Other than those exceptions, my prices are the same for everyone.

Each piece is handmade by me, and I work hard to keep my prices fair and affordable from the start. Because of that, I don't offer discounts upon request. If I discounted every piece every time someone asked, I'd have to find a new job—and I'd much rather be making jewellery!

The good news is that I do run special promotions from time to time, so keep an eye on my website and social media for those.
