Bianca Necklace
This one has taken a long time. It had to be perfect, and it took a long time to figure it out.
Bianca is a really special person to me. We met at curling, and she was a pleasant lady who I didn't know very well. That all changed the night that I was dragged to a Silpada party.
About a month after this party, I was sponsored by Bianca into the beautiful world of Silpada Designs sterling. This was a magnificent experience for me, and so many others. Bianca was the most supportive and patient leader. You do not know how many times she had to deal with me losing hotel keys, forgetting things, and me being generally out to lunch. She did it all with the grace of an angel.
Since the Silpada days, we also were on the same Women's curling team for several years, which was SO MUCH FUN!
Of course the name Bianca refers to white, so I have been wracking my brain for over a year now, trying come up with an elegant design for a piece of jewellery to suit. Pearls were obvious, but I couldn't quite get it right until recently. Blue though was also on my mind. Pale blue. Why?
Because the first year we were in Silpada, there was a fancy awards gala. Bianca wore a beautiful pale blue dress that night. It was gorgeous. And she won three national awards!!!
It's Bianca's birthday today so I'm happy I was able to get this done in time.
Here's the Bianca Necklace! Available in white or pale blue.
Shell, sterling silver.
