Deb Necklace
I have a friend named Deb. It was amazing getting to know her and watch her.
The word, "resilience" comes to mind when I think of Deb. She's had many obstacles in her life, always getting through them, and it's inspiring.
This is the person who got badly, very badly injured while running a Spartan Race, and refused to give up until she was forced to.
We've traveled together - toaster mishaps and a rooster alarm clock in Ottawa, lived through a trip to an American Walmart in Tennessee at 11 pm, and, of course, bizarre roommate behaviour in a hotel in Vancouver.
