Magnolia Bracelet
There is a magnolia tree in my front yard. It's blooming right now! Every year, it looks pretty for ten minutes, then all the petals fall off and it looks pretty on the ground for another ten minutes. Then the wind blows all the petals away, and we're done for another year.
This tree has been a climber for both of my kids over the years. There are infamous videos of both of them in this tree. My daughter once hung a hula hoop on one of the branches and proceeded to dive through said hoop. My son once used the tree branches to save himself from sinking into a massive snow drift. You get the idea.
If anything ever happens to this tree, I may need to adjust my medication .
